I am a Colorado County native born and raised in Eagle Lake. My real estate background started 13 years ago when I went work for a Houston Mortgage Company. I was fortunate to work in a construction lending department which gave me the opportunity to work closely with builders as well as buyers. I enjoyed working with people and helped them make their dreams come true. After four years I was eager to get back to the country and so I had a close friend who happened to be a real estate broker. He asked me to come work with him and so I did not hesitate. I was hooked on real estate and as I traveled the real estate road for nine years it brings me to "Leyco" and I look forward to working with a company known for honesty and integrity as well as helping you find your dream property. In my spare time I enjoy my spending time with my husband and family. I enjoy the outdoors from rice farming to gardening. I look forward to working with you and helping you locate your dream. Penny
